Currently one of our go to banh mi spots. Definitely always take advantage of the sale promo, buy 5 get 1 free. Combination and grilled pork are our favorites here. With my current limited diet I had to opt for the vegetarian and it didn't disappoint. The beef slices in the sandwich does have that artificial fake meat aftertaste but it was expected. After my second time ordering it I think I'm just going to ask them to not add that in the next time. LOL Other than that, staff is super friendly and patient. Bread is so fresh. Toasty on the outside and soft on the inside. Walking in to the smell of fresh bread itself is a treat!

I always order the combo but the bbq/grilled pork is also very delicious! Also their sugar cane juice is amazing. Order with veggies on the side if you are not eating right away to keep everything fresh and not soggy!

Discovered Banh Mi 135 based off a raving recommendation from a Vietnamese friend who is in the food industry. This place makes legit banh mi and sugar cane drinks. The service is friendly and the environment is cool and hip. 5 stars!

My go to for bánh mì in the Duluth area, they never disappoint. The service is quick and the place is always very clean. They put plenty of meat in the sandwich and the bread is the perfect texture (soft on the inside and crisp on the outside) Will continue to come back here.

Let's start with the easy stuff: the food is AMAZING. The coffee is AMAZING. The decor and cleanliness is top tier. But that's not the best part about this place... the best part is the CUSTOMER SERVICE. Holy moly. Today is Tuesday July the 2nd, 2024 and the staff working at around 4pm is a group of truly amazing humans. The baby's sippy cup wasn't working, there was something wrong with the little plastic straw. The gentlemen with a black shirt, black hat, and black glasses literally took the sippy cup behind the counter and fixed it for us. After that, all the baby wanted to do was eat the pickled vegetables. We asked if we could buy a small side of them for him, and a woman in a pink shirt and black leggings gave him a HUGE side for FREE. She also offered and took group photos of us. When we went to leave, our car wasn't starting. Our battery was dead. The same man with the black glasses literally came outside in the 100 degree weather to jump start our car... can you talk about amazing? EVERYONE working today was extremely kind and genuine. The food was phenomenal, but the customer service was even better. We can't wait to come back.

I was deciding whether to go to chipotle or try a new spot during my lunch break. I'm so glad I chose to try something new. This is a great spot for a light lunch. I truly enjoyed my banh mi. I got the grilled pork. The bread is very soft and airy. The flavor was very good. I also ordered a black milk tea which was pretty decent. Just the perfect portion for a quick lunch! Just fyi, there's not much seating inside the establishment and it looks like a lot of people order to-go.

Really happy that we tried Banh Mi 135! The Banh Mi Dac Biet was great, all elements were well-executed. The meats seem house-made, and the spreads too. The pickles were the perfect mix of sweet and sour, and I really like how they do their cilantro (chopped but not minced, so there are leaves and stems in the mix. No long strings of cilantro to awkwardly chew through). The most important element, though, is the bread--perfectly crisp and flaky on the outside, fluffy and chewy on the inside. The sandwich was light and not dense, which is my mark of a good Banh Mi, so if you like them like that I'd recommend trying the here. Service was fast and we received our to-go order in less than 10 minutes. We didn't eat there so can't speak to the ambience, but the interior was clean. Note: if you get the sandwiches to go, you can ask for the veggies on the side and it they will give you a very generous bag of toppings. It's perfect for toasting at home and eating at your leisure. They have a buy 5 get one free deal which is a great value. Got some for today and tomorrow!

One of my favorite banhmi places in Duluth. Restaurant is a bit small - it's more of a grab and go experience place for me since there aren't many available seats. They have a buy 5, get 1 free deal with a variety of choices priced pretty fairly for what banhmi sandwiches cost nowadays.

Located in a strip mall with other very authentic looking Asian spots, Banh Mi 135 is almost perfect. First of all, the bread is the best of any Bahn Mi I've had. It's incredibly fresh, warm, and crispy. The rest of the sandwich is quite good as well, but there wasn't enough meat for my taste. I know it's traditional to give a small amount, but I prefer non traditional in that regard. The flavors are all there though. Overall, cute shop, friendly service and the most authentic Banh Mi I've ever had.
